Today’s Kona cotton color of the day is Lingerie.
No we are not going to talk about underwear in this post. We are however going to talk about this color. It is a neutral pale beige color. I used this fabric over the summer when I was looking for some additional fabrics to add to a quilt I was working on. I was participating in a QAL with Mollylovlythreads and the quilt pattern is called Twisted Sister. I love the way it came together. I don’t tend to share a lot of my personal work here, but today’s color just happened to be one that I have used recently and I would definitely use it again, and so I thought i would share a quilt of my own. It is a little hard to see but I used it in the bottom right corners of the top two blocks and the middle block on the bottom. I love pulling in some solid colors when I am working on a quilt.
