FEBRUARY 12th – CROCUS

When I see crocuses blooming it reminds me that spring is coming. However, the weather today does not feel very spring like here in the PNW or anywhere in the country for that matter. Years ago when I lived in Illinois I had a small bed of crocuses under the window in my family room. My daughter’s birthday is on St. Patrick’s Day and usually by then the crocuses would be blooming despite the fact that they had to push their way up through the snow. So far this year, I have not noticed the crocus blooming yet, but maybe this beautiful fabric will bring a little spring into your projects. What spring projects are you working on?
