FEBRUARY 13th – NACHO CHEESE

Nacho cheese is a pantry staple in my household. It is an easy go to snack or dinner when you want something quick and fast. However, during the pandemic, when there was a short supply toilet paper, my grocery store also ran out of Tostitos Salsa con Queso nacho cheese. It was months before I could find it, and then when it became available, I stocked up.
I would pair this yummy color with Avacado and Chili to create a project with southwestern flair. How about you? What spicy creation are you going to make next?
