Today’s Kona cotton color of the day is Green Tea.
I am a tea drinker, but I am not especially fond of green tea. I know there are several health benefits to drinking green tea, but it is not a flavor that I can really get on board with. For those of you who do enjoy it you are improving your brain function, burning fat, lowering the risk of some cancers, and possibly preventing cardiovascular disease. I suppose after reading up on all of the benefits maybe I should give it a shot.
Today’s color Green Tea is definitely a color I can get on board with. It is a light green with lots of potential. I would pair it with Peach or Creamsicle, Meringue or Maize, and Lighthouse or Overcast. The quilt below is Tea Leaves which incorporates Green Tea and bright prints to create a cheerful applique quilt.
