JANUARY 5th – LEMON ICE
Texas doesn’t really get cold cold in the winter time, except every 5 to 7 years or so when it will actually snow and get quite chilly. So, like today, it was 42 degrees in the morning but 64 by afternoon. But I know most of the country gets pretty cold, lots of snow and gray skies. So the Kona Cotton color I chose for today is Lemon Ice, because it just screams of summer time and warmer days ahead.
Of course in Texas, summer can be that one season that never seems to end, but can be so hot that the only comfort becomes a cool pool or the necessity of staying inside in the air conditioning.
