June 19th – Not a Cloud In the Sky

Today’s Kona Cotton color of the day is Cloud.

Cloud is a light, barely there blue. When I looked at the picture and color of cloud, the first thing that came to my mind is the song by Johnny Nash, I Can See Clearly Now. In the song, part of the lyrics talk about dark clouds disappearing. Well, I’d say, yes, they have gone. And now we have this hot, summer with temperatures that just hit 100 degrees today. That’s okay. Check out Johnny Nash’s rendition in this special from 1973. And maybe, just maybe your quilting clouds will disappear.
