August 11th – Like a Moth to a Flame

Today’s Kona Cotton color of the day is Flame.

Flame is a darker orange, but not exactly DARK. It is a BRIGHT darkish, in your face kind of orange. It’s like…. WOW!

Let’s take a look at some really beautiful quilts that have this fabric in it!

Charming Chevrons by Christa Quilts

This quilt features a lot of reds, oranges, yellows and greens and puts coal in the background.

The Hazel Quilt by Kitchen Table Quilting

This quilt has more than 14 other colors such as, Tangerine, School Bus, Persimmon, Nectarine, Papaya and Natural as a background fabric. Can’t go wrong with something that looks like it belongs in a country kitchen.

Now lets go a little bolder…..

Now lets pop this color and a few others right out there!!
