Today’s Kona cotton color of the day is Aruba.
I have never been to Aruba, but it looks like a place that I would very much like to visit. My husband on the other hand thinks that any vacation that involves water or sand is probably not his ideal way to spend a week. He would rather hike or ski or take in a museum or two. I do not mind those activities, but I would also like my vacation to include some warm weather and preferably some type of water activity.
Today’s color is more of a pale minty green. It is a very soft color and would work well in a baby quilt if you did not want to be gender specific. The quilt below, Highland Quilt also features Bluegrass, Candy Green, Pink, White and Dove. If I can’t spend time laying on a beach, I might as well be snuggled under a quilt.
