Today’s Kona cotton color of the day is Alegria.
This past weekend was a very nice weekend here in Texas. Saturday my husband and I went for a long walk. We have been busy exploring our new community and it was the perfect temperature. Sunday turned a bit cooler and we decided to keep it low key and relax at home. I pulled out a WIP and did some sewing in between a few loads of laundry. One of my other WIP quilts happens to be Bjorn Bear by Elizabeth Hartman. I am using Tula Pink along with some Kona solids. The quilt below is all Kona solids and one of the colors is Alegria.
Alegria is a medium blue. The 4th bear in the 4th row is made with Alegria. You can see how well the color plays with the other blues, oranges, and yellows.
