Feb. 15 – Corn Yellow

Kona Cotton Solids – Corn Yellow

I love corn, and I’m not talking any old corn out of a can. I’m talking about a big, fresh ear of corn. The ” Daddy just pulled this off the stalk and threw it on the grill” corn that has been slathered in butter and dashed with salt and pepper. Growing up in rural Texas, I have had many a summer meal that started and ended with corn fresh out of the garden. I have bought my kids seeds when they were little so they could see those sprouts spring up and grow to the sky. And I have run between rows of tall corn stalks playing, imagining and exploring their cool summer shade.

This Kona Corn Yellow is perfect. It is has those golden tones that give a touch of depth. Try it out! Pull its yummy beauty into your next project.

Love, Pesha Leah
