March 17 – What is Sea Mist?

Hello everyone! Today’s Kona color of the day is Sea Mist. It’s gorgeous! It’s a light, icy, glowing pale green.

So what is sea mist exactly? Is it real? Or a phenomenon of the internet? Just so you know… it’s real. Sea mist is caused by a difference of temperature between land and sea. It appears as a light fog caused by cold air passing over warmer water.

So try this quilt on for size… featuring none other than our beautiful sea mist of the day.

I could continue on with these colors, however, it lends credence to put it with other colors that will work, especially in springtime, such as pastels!

See? Don’t they look positively springy together?

What colors would you blend with Sea Mist? Don’t forget to get some today!
