Today’s Kona Cotton color of the day is Cappuccino.
Cap-pu-ccin-o. Two p’s and two c’s….everyone forgets how to spell it. Kind of like Mississippi. The title of this post is kind of a joke, but not being able to have cappuccinos or any caffeinated beverage is just…. SAD. But it is the poker hand I was dealt. So a cappuccino. What is it? I never knew what it was until I was introduced to Starbucks and even then I never ordered it. I don’t know why. Just never did. And now I can’t have it anyway. So I guess you can’t miss what you’ve never had.
For those who, like me, might never have tried it, a cappuccino is an espresso drink from Italy, with steamed milk and foamed milk. But the cappuccino has an even distribution of espresso and is distinctly layered.
The following quilt has been highlighted before… but I thought it would never hurt to see it again.

Go. Enjoy a Triple Half-Calf Non-Fat Sugar-Free Soy No Foam Cappuccino. Think of me who can’t drink it. And quilt. Do lots and lots of quilting.
What’s on your cutting table this week?
