Today’s Kona cotton color of the day is Herb.
One of my husband’s favorite musicians is Herb Alpert. Herb Alpert is an American trumpeter who led Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass in the 1960s. During the same decade, he co-founded A&M Records with Jerry Moss. At the age of 86 he has just released his 48th album – Catch the Wind – which features some originals and some famous covers. He still tours and performs with his wife Lani Hall. If you don’t have the chance to see him in person then maybe today’s color Herb will have to do.
Herb is a muted greenish brown color. You can see that it pairs with several different greens including Grass Green, Gecko, Olive , and Moss as well as some neutrals such as Raffia, Stone, and Limestone.
